You're here because you want something different for yourself. Imagine what life looks like once you achieve that. How does it feel to be you—emotionally, physically, spiritually? What do you do, throughout your day? Your answers to questions like these define your "goal state."
Each session we have is a step toward that state. During hypnotic programming, I'll guide you into hypnosis and connect you to your goal state using visualization, pattern rehearsal, and positive suggestions tailored to you.
There are countless studies that show a person simply imagining muscle movements, while keeping the body perfectly still, can build significant gains in strength. In hypnotic programming, you visualize, rehearse the actions and feel the positive emotions associated with your desired future, which helps your brain create necessary pathways to more easily go out and make it a reality!
I include hypnotic programming in most sessions, because it boosts your mood and aligns you with your goal state. I love when clients leave feeling ready to conquer the world!

FAQs
How many sessions should I expect?
Most people work through one goal in 3-8 sessions, but I will never promise results after a specific number of sessions. Each client has a unique journey, and I honor that by staying flexible and customizing everything that I do to you.
I don't need a consultation to know I'm ready to work with you! Can I just book a session?
A free consultation is just as important to me as it is to you! I like to make sure we are a good fit and that my modalities will be helpful to you. We'll use that time to get clear on your goal, so we can make the most of our first session together.
Plus, I do not follow a session "blueprint" for every client, so talking for 20-30 minutes before our first session helps me gather enough information to begin planning your bespoke strategy.

I have multiple things I want to work on. Can we do that?
We can, but we will only work on one goal at a time. Why? Your brain loves commitment and focus. We're all used to juggling tons of responsibilities in life, but multitasking creates stress and dilutes concentration, and that would make our sessions less effective.
The good news is, a lot of our struggles are just branches connected to the same tree. When we work with the subconscious on one specific goal at the root-cause level, typically you'll see improvement in many areas of life.
Do you take insurance?
I do not, and it is unlikely that my services would be eligible for reimbursement.
How often should we meet?
It's best to plan to meet once weekly. This gives your subconscious mind enough time to integrate your most recent session, and ensures your progress compounds most effectively. If you cannot meet twice/month at minimum, I suggest you wait until you have more free time to immerse yourself in this process.
How much will it cost? Do you do payment plans or packages?

How long are sessions?
All sessions are 1.5-2 hours. That may sound like a long time, but it goes fast!
How should I prepare for a session?
You may want to wear loose-fitting clothes so you feel comfortable belly-breathing, use the restroom before your session and avoid lots of liquids for about an hour before. In addition, I send all of my clients a short guide with more details to help them prepare for hypnosis & breathwork sessions.
